Our services include:

1.      Electronic products like LCD panel (STN or TFT), OLED panel and touch panel;

2.      Technology transfer & whole-plant export: solar cell line, module line for OLED and TFT LCD, color STN LCD line, touch panel line, mobile phone assembly line and secondary Li-ion battery line;

3.      Plastic sheet and film (PC, PES), protective film, polarizing film and ITO film;

15.  Recycle for TFT CF glass substrate, Si/GaAs wafer, stripper and thinner;

16.  Robotic system, LD/ULD and be applied up to 12’’ wafer and 5^th generation glass;

17.  Chemical supply system: design, engineering, maintenance and parts supply (Tube, fitting, valve, leak sensor & filter) We supply DI water and chemical heater;

18.  Chemical pump: we supply pumps to transfer high purity chemicals like etchant; photo resist and slurry. They can be used for high temperature process as well.

19.  For OLED: light emitting materials, mask, metal & glass can, cleaning machine;

20.  Slurry & abrasive: applied to substrates like glass, quartz, Si, GaAs, LT, LN, …etc.

21.  E-beam writer, SEM, ion shower, hardness and automatic concentration meter;

22. LCOS equipment: rubbing, spacer spray, alignment/assembly, ultrasonic & plasma cleaner, UV seal, UV resin, spacer, …etc.
